The following steps will show us how to activate and deactivate the door locking system of the Volkswagen Passat; on some models, automatic locking is activated once a certain speed is reached. First of all, we get into the car and make sure all the doors are closed; on the driver's side door panel, next to the door handle, we find the two buttons for opening and closing the doors, as shown in the video. At this point, we use the closing button to close all the doors, including the rear hatch; we unlock all the locks by pressing the opening button instead.
