If you want to be able to replace the battery inside the remote control of your Volkswagen Passat B7 on your own, you must follow all the steps described in our new guide. First of all, press the metal button on the side of the remote control cover to easily remove the physical emergency key contained in the cover. Once you have done that, use the emergency key to remove the back cover and then proceed with replacing the old drained battery with a new one.
