Want to replace the gear knob on your Volkswagen Passat? For reassembly: Take the new gear knob and slide it onto the stick in the centre console, securing it in place; fit the new leather gaiter with the clips. Finally, test the movement of the stick in the centre console to ensure the gear knob is correctly installed.
