Learn how to remove the headrest from the front seat located above the backrest of a Volkswagen Golf 4. In this video, the procedure is explained; open the door and enter the rear of the car (rear passenger seat), press the plastics located under the cover of the front headrest (black plastic pin), and lift the headrest until it is free from the front backrest (two metal rails). Insert the new front headrest as shown in the video (just follow the disassembly steps illustrated earlier).
