How do you reset the Service light on a Volkswagen Tiguan?

To completely clear the Service light from the Volkswagen Tiguan's instrument cluster, you will need to turn the ignition key to power on the dashboard and navigate using the controls on the steering wheel. You must hold down the OK button to access the appropriate menu. At this point, you can select the "Reset oil change service" option: once this option is chosen, you can press the OK button again when the confirmation message appears on the screen. After that, you can return to the initial screen to verify that the light has disappeared.
