Today, we will explain how to reset the oil warning light on a 2015 Volkswagen Passat. To reset the light, press the button on the instrument panel for a few seconds or until the wrench symbol appears on the display.

Start the vehicle's instrument panel to complete the reset procedure. By following these steps, you will have updated the mileage for the next oil change.

If the light does not reset, check the oil sensors located inside the engine oil reservoir. If they are malfunctioning, it will be impossible to follow the reset even if the reservoir is full of engine oil.
