How to Reset the Service Light on the Volkswagen Passat?

Model: Volkswagen Passat B8, 3G, MK 8 - Years 2014-2023
Part: Service warning light

By holding down the button marked "0.0" located at the centre of the instrument cluster, you can begin the reset operation for the Service light on the Volkswagen Passat. While holding it down, turn the key to switch on the instrument cluster: a message will appear on the menu asking if you want to confirm the reset of the Service light. To confirm, press the button again located at the centre of the instrument cluster. Once the reset is completed, you can turn off the instrument cluster by removing the key from the ignition.
