How to remove and replace the cabin heater radiator on a Volkswagen Touran

Model: Volkswagen Touran MK 1, 1T - Years 2003-2015

To remove the cabin heater radiator on a Volkswagen Touran, first disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Inside the cabin, remove the centre console, glove compartment, and lower dashboard panels to gain access to the heating unit. From the engine compartment, drain the coolant and disconnect the two pipes entering the cabin, capping them to prevent leaks. Get back inside the car and unscrew the air conditioning unit and slide the heater radiator out of its housing. Insert the new radiator, reassemble everything in reverse order, and top up the coolant, bleeding the air from the system.
