How to reset the service light on the Volkswagen Polo 6R

Today I will explain how to independently reset the service light related to the service on a Volkswagen Polo model 6R. The operations included in the service are: changing the engine oil and oil filter, checking fluids, inspecting the engine, and checking tyre pressure. After completing the service operations, turn on the instrument panel and press the button located under the display, select the service menu option, and hold the button down for the duration of the loading of the mileage update for the next service; at the end of the procedure, restart the instrument panel.
