Each fuse on the Volkswagen Transporter is located inside one of the respective fuse boxes present in the vehicle: this type of vehicle will have two. The first is located in the left side of the dashboard relative to the passenger footwell: it contains the fuses for the courtesy lights, instrument cluster, air conditioning, etc. The second box is located on the right side of the engine compartment and contains the fuses for the dipped headlights, alternator, fuel pump, injectors, etc.
