How to Remove the Air Filter from a VW Passat

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010
Part: Air filter

Open the car door, pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, and lift the front bonnet, securing it in place. Locate the panel covering the air intake kit (remove the securing screws), uncover the filter box cap, and extract the worn air filter. Insert a new filter into the designated housing (ensuring it fits snugly against the walls). Finally, reattach the air box cap and tighten the screws. Close the front bonnet after maintenance.
