How to remove the window switch panel located in the door panel of a Volkswagen Golf 4? This video explains the process. Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine compartment. Use a screwdriver to pry under the switch panel of the door. Once the plastic is removed (as shown in the video), pry it out from the door panel. Finally, disconnect the power cables using a screwdriver. Replace the switch panel and reassemble everything. Snap the plastics of the switch panel back into the panel.
