How to Remove the Air Fan on a Volkswagen Polo

How do you replace the air fan on a VW Polo? Begin by removing the air fan from inside the car's dashboard (located behind the glove compartment). Unscrew the securing screws on the sides of the glove compartment and remove the drawer. Unscrew the securing screws beneath the plastic cover, then remove the plastic cover from the air fan. Pull the air fan out of its housing and disconnect the power connector. Fit a new air fan into its housing and close it with the plastic cover. Refit and secure the glove compartment. Test the air operation.
