Installation of Glove Box

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 6, Golf VI, Golf 6, 5K1 - Years 2008-2012

Move the seat back to expose the fixing pins on the frame present on the rails and unscrew the pins; then move the seat all the way forward and repeat the operation for the rear pins. At this point, lift the seat from the frame and rotate it 90° to access the underside of the seat where the support bracket for the glove box will be fixed. Once the seat is flipped, it is easy to locate the points where the bracket will be secured. Once the fixing screws of the support bracket are tightened, insert the glove box and check its movement. Finally, reassemble the seat.
