Operation: Transmission half shaft replacement

The necessary tools are a ratchet wrench, a set of fixed wrenches, the extractor and various pliers. Lift the machine on the bridge and remove the wheels to access the mechanics. Once the faulty steering transmission has been identified, remove it by removing it from the support by unscrewing all the bolts and extracting the pins from the steering unit. Use the extractor and a pin to get the bolts out of their seat after having thoroughly sprayed them with flux. Remove the arms from the wheel side by unscrewing the sealing nut. Taking care not to damage the bellows rubber, insert the new unit in its seat. Reassemble the arm and the rest of the mechanics previously removed.
