Removing Front Seats on Volkswagen Golf

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf VII, MK 7, Golf 7 - Years 2012-2019

Remove the two 10 mm bolts securing the lower brackets of the seat, which allow it to slide forwards and backwards. Then, move the seat forward and remove the other two bolts located at the rear of the brackets. Once done, lift the seat and the small cover underneath it (secured by two clips), then disconnect the connectors. After this, you can remove the seat. For reinstallation of the new seat, proceed in reverse order. As you can see, this is not a difficult task but requires a bit of time. The removal of the seat is similar across various car models.
