This guide shows how to remove the sun visor from the Volkswagen Golf mk7. The first step is to rotate the visor towards the window to release the constraint. Using a trim removal tool, you can take off the piece, which consists of two elements. To remove the pin on the outer side of the visor, you need to detach the two plastic clips at the end of the constraint. With the help of two flathead screwdrivers, you can detach the piece by inserting the tools into the two slots exposed by the clips. By disconnecting the power cable for the light, you can remove the sun visor.
