In this video tutorial we will see the main steps on how to disassemble the internal heating radiator of a Volkswagen Passat B6. First we get on board the car and we go to remove the lateral torx screws that we find at the bottom on the driver's side, on the right side; once the lateral plastic panel has been removed, we go to access the fuse box by removing all the plastics at the bottom. At this point we pass in the part of the engine compartment to disconnect the heating pipes and unscrew the torx fixing screws of the radiator, removing it from the inside of the car!
