Follow these simple instructions to remove and replace the cabin heater radiator on the Volkswagen Passat. First, raise the vehicle and disconnect the coolant hose next to the pulley, allowing the fluid to drain into a container.

Next, disconnect the pipe located at the rear of the engine bay, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the plastic cover found under the steering wheel and proceed to dismantle the radiator by unscrewing the screws and disconnecting the pipe.
