Operation: How to reset the "Service" light on a Volkswagen Polo

Before we can begin, we will have to go and sit in the driver's seat of our Volkswagen Polo. So let's start by going to press and hold the button located below the speedometer. In the meantime we will have to go to activate the instrument panel by turning the key in the starter pawl. Once this is done, we will have to release the button, and then rotate it clockwise, until the "Service" light of our Volkswagen Polo will no longer be present inside the instrument panel. When we have completed this step, we will have successfully completed the relative reset.

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple. We can do this in case the system shows signs of malfunction, freezes, or in any other case where a restart could solve the problem. To reboot, simply hold down the two keys located in the lower left corner of the computer at the same time. After a few seconds, the SMEG system display will switch off, the Peugeot logo will appear and the start-up procedure will start. We wait patiently for the restart to complete as it may take some time.
