Model: Volkswagen Transporter T4, MK 4 - Years 1990-2003

In this video, learn how to remove and replace the brake master cylinder on the Volkswagen Transporter T4 by following these simple steps. First, locate the cylinder, which is found under the brake fluid reservoir; then, remove the reservoir by unscrewing the fixing bolts of the bracket and disconnecting the pipe. At this point, unscrew the nuts of the metal pipes from the master cylinder; then, unscrew the fixing nuts to remove it, as shown in the video. Finally, replace it with a new one or carry out a rebuild!
