How to Remove the Air Conditioning Radiator from a Volkswagen Polo 9N

This guide shows how to replace the air conditioning radiator of the Volkswagen Polo 9N. Open the bonnet and disconnect the battery cover and the negative terminal. At this point, remove the clips securing the front grille and take it off. Now, unscrew the bolts securing the bumper, the boot release cable, and the air duct. By lifting the vehicle, you can remove the bolts securing the bumper. At this point, you can take off the bumper. You can also remove the polystyrene protection. After removing the lights, you can take off the radiator protection bar; at this point, you can remove the radiator protective cover. Now, unscrew the four anchoring bolts and disconnect the hydraulic pipes to remove the radiator. Reassembly is done by reversing the previous steps.
