In today's video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the crankshaft rpm sensor or the position sensor on the Volkswagen New Beetle first series. First of all we lift the car and we go to identify the crankshaft rpm sensor, which is located inside the bracket between the engine and the transmission; unscrew the two sensor fixing screws and disconnect the connector tab to remove it and replace it with the new one. At this point we are going to reconnect our crankshaft rpm sensor and reassemble everything, following the video to the end!
