Since the fuel filler flap is opened via a button inside the cabin, it may be useful to install a system that allows it to be opened simply by bringing the key close to the flap. Therefore, remove the entire flap assembly and drill a hole just behind the hinge to allow the receiver wires to pass through, which will need to be glued inside the flap.

Route the cables through the boot, and once the side trim is removed, locate the power wires for the interior light and the electric lock of the flap; using wire taps, power the control unit for the opening system and connect it to the electric lock socket.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
