How to Reset the Service Light on the Volkswagen Passat B6?

To reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Passat B6, turn on the instrument cluster and press the OK/RESET button located on the lever to the right of the steering wheel. This will allow you to access the menu that appears on the instrument cluster, navigating with the buttons on the same lever. By selecting "Setup" and then "Service intervals", you can access the screen that indicates the kilometres remaining until the next service. Pressing the OK/RESET button will reset the light, also resetting the maintenance mileage intervals.
