Replacing the air filter on the Volkswagen Polo is undoubtedly one of the simplest tasks you can perform independently without the need for a professional. Just follow the instructions below. First, turn off the engine, let it cool, and ensure the car is on a flat surface with the handbrake engaged. Then, fully lift the bonnet and locate the plastic box situated at the top left of the engine bay. Remove the cover, and just beneath it, you will find the used air filter. Replace it with the new model and correctly reposition the cover. Finally, close the bonnet.
