Today we will see, in this video tutorial, how to disable the start & stop function of the Volkswagen Golf TDI, following the instructions below. The start & stop is powered by our battery, which provides a higher starting current; we open the bonnet and we go to disconnect the electrical connector of our start & stop system, pulling the plastic tab to remove it, as shown in the video. In this way our start & stop system will be completely deactivated and it will no longer be possible to activate it from the passenger compartment; we connect the cable to enable the function.
