Removal and Installation of Car Radio

Model: Volkswagen Golf MK 5, Golf 5, Golf V - Years 2003-2008

This video shows how to remove and install a car radio in your vehicle. First, proceed with the removal; take off the upper part of the dashboard that is clipped in, along with its screws located underneath. Next, remove the air vents, which are also clipped in, then unscrew the screws of the stereo fascia located at the top and extract the fascia, which is still clipped in. Once removed, unscrew the screws of the car radio and pull it outwards; once removed, disconnect the relevant connectors, being careful with the various wires.
