Start by inserting the tip of a thin but sturdy tool into the gap between the sun visor light and the car's headlining, then pry it out. Next, you will need to pull the light from the headlining of your Volkswagen Polo. At this point, disconnect the electrical connector that powers the light. Once you have completed this step, you can properly remove the light, and you will have finished the disassembly.
