How to Dismantle the Handle of the Volkswagen Tiguan

Removing the front or rear handle of a Volkswagen Tiguan is the same: the video shows a front door, but it can also be applied to the rear. Inside the door, there is a specific screw covered by a rubber cap that is used to unscrew the handle from its housing: this way, you can easily remove the lock. Take the opportunity to polish the handle area, where rings and keys often scratch the paint, and replace the seals. Refit the new lock (or if you have repaired the old one) and secure the lock with its screw. Cover with the rubber cap. The job is done.
