How to Reset the AdBlue Warning Light on a Volkswagen

If you need to reset the AdBlue warning light on a model from the German manufacturer, you can do so using a diagnostic system like VCDS, which you have installed on your PC and connected to the vehicle's OBD2 port. Open the application on your PC and enter the make and model of the vehicle. Wait for the data to load from the ECU and select the errors stored in memory. Then, select the type of error you wish to delete and confirm by clicking OK. At this point, the error will be cleared from both the diagnostic system and the instrument cluster display.
