How to reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Golf 7?

Model: Volkswagen Golf Golf VII, MK 7, Golf 7 - Years 2012-2019
Part: Service warning light

To reset the Service light on the Volkswagen Golf 7, enter the cabin and press the button marked "0.0" located in the centre of the instrument cluster. While holding it down, turn the ignition key to position two to power up the instrument cluster. This will display a confirmation message asking if you really want to reset the maintenance light. Press the "0.0" button again to confirm the reset, and the light will turn off automatically, disappearing from the instrument cluster.
