In this video, you will learn how to remove the gear and neutral sensor from the gearbox of the seventh generation Volkswagen Golf. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the air filter housing along with its intake hose; you will find the gear sensor located at the bottom, as shown in the video. At this point, disconnect its electrical connector and use a Torx screwdriver to remove its screws; now you can replace it with the new one, using the original part. Finally, reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure!

How to Reset the Central Locking of the Volkswagen Golf 4?
