Video tutorial

Today's video will help you discover where the two fuse boxes are located in the fourth generation Volkswagen Golf. This tutorial also applies to other contemporary models from the group, such as Bora, Jetta, Seat Leon, and Audi A3. The first box is found inside the cabin; it is located on the side of the dashboard, on the driver's side.

Using a pointed object (like a screwdriver), apply pressure on the panel and remove it. You will find the fuses in front of you, along with the corresponding diagram.

The second box is located in the engine bay, specifically near the battery.
