Today, in this short and simple guide, you will learn how to remove and replace the windscreen washer pump of the Volkswagen Jetta, as well as the Golf. First, open the bonnet of your car and locate the windscreen washer pump, which is attached to the washer fluid reservoir; then disconnect its electrical connector and detach it from the reservoir, allowing all the fluid to drain into a container, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new windscreen washer pump, as well as the original component; then reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!
