Instructions for Dismantling the Front Headlamp

Model: Volkswagen Sharan MK 1, 7M - Years 1995-2010
Part: Headlight

To dismantle the front headlamp, start by removing the plastic cover of the grille by unscrewing the relevant fixing screws; then detach the trim by pulling it forward and lifting the lower part that is attached to the bumper via plastic tabs (specific extraction tools are available on the market); next, unscrew all the fixing bolts of the headlamp, removing the reinforcement rib that connects the wing to the trim; disconnect the power connector and pull the headlamp forward, first sliding out the side near the trim and then the side near the wing. Proceed in reverse for installation.
