Start by positioning yourself on the passenger side, then go underneath the dashboard, unscrew the two plastic clips, and remove the panel. Next, locate the white connector, unlock the side clip, and pull the heating element from its housing.

Finally, disconnect the power supply, connect the replacement element, and reassemble everything in reverse order.
