Where is the fuse box located on the Volkswagen Touran?

Model: Volkswagen Touran MK 1, 1T - Years 2003-2015
Part: Fuse box

This vehicle, like most cars on the market, has two fuse boxes. The first is located in the cabin under the dashboard on the left side of the steering wheel, near the driver's door. To access it, you need to open and flip down the small glove compartment in front. The second fuse box is located in the engine compartment on the right side next to the battery. All fuses are marked with a number that allows you to identify them and link them to each individual electrical circuit using the diagram. A summary diagram of all the fuses is available in the vehicle's user and maintenance manual.
