As shown in this tutorial, replacing the side light bulbs in a Volkswagen Up is an extremely simple and quick task. Before proceeding, ensure the key is not in the ignition for safety. Start by opening the bonnet, then locate the bulb in question, situated at the outer edge of the headlamp, and remove it from the housing by turning it slightly anti-clockwise. Once done, disconnect it from the connector, position the replacement avoiding direct contact with your bare hands, and refit it into the headlamp.
