Detailed instructions - The fuse box in the Volkswagen Tiguan for left-hand drive vehicles is located to the left of the steering wheel. Open the driver's side glove compartment and push the retaining tabs upwards while opening the glove compartment until you can access the fuse box. For right-hand drive vehicles, slide the break element down into the support opening and remove it sideways. Push the catches upwards while further opening the glove compartment to find the fuse box. The fuse box in the engine compartment is located between the pillar and the battery. Press the tabs to release the fuse box cover to access the fuses. To replace a fuse, locate it, pull it out using a small pair of pliers, and check the bridge: if it is broken, the fuse needs to be replaced; otherwise, the fuse is functioning.
