Replacing the gearbox oil is not a maintenance task that is generally considered, but running the gears in clean oil at maximum viscosity is certainly beneficial. Position the vehicle on suitable car stands, remove the plastic cover under the engine bay, and locate the drain plug (at the bottom) and the fill plug (located at the front) on the gearbox.

Unscrew both plugs to facilitate drainage, then screw in the fill plug and refill the gearbox with new oil: the level is reached as soon as the oil begins to overflow from the fill plug.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
