This video tutorial shows the step-by-step procedure to replace the pollen filter or cabin air filter of the Volkswagen Golf 7. No tools are required for this replacement. To replace the filter, first open the glove compartment on the passenger side, removing it by pressing on the two side clips. Once the glove compartment is removed, you will have access to the pollen filter cover. To remove the cover, simply press on the plastic clips present. Once the cover is removed, you will have access to the filter; to remove it, just pull it out. After removing it, insert the new filter, reattach the filter cover, and then the glove compartment.
