This video tutorial shows the step-by-step procedure to be able to replace the pollen filter or cabin air filter on the Volkswagen Golf 7. No tools will be required to carry out this replacement. To replace the filter you need to: first open the glove compartment on the passenger side, remove it by pressing on the two side clips, once the glove compartment has been removed, you will have access to the pollen filter cover, to remove the cover just press the plastic clips present, once the cover is removed you will have access to the filter, to remove it just pull it outwards. Once removed the new filter is inserted, the filter cover is reassembled and then the glove box.
