Replacing the Spark Plugs of the Volkswagen Up 1.0 MPI

Let’s briefly go over the instructions that will allow you to remove and replace the spark plugs of the Volkswagen Up 1.0 MPI engine. First, open the bonnet of your car and start disconnecting the electrical connectors of the spark plugs by unscrewing the screws at their base; then use a socket spanner with an extension to unscrew and remove the three spark plugs, as shown in the video. At this point, install the new original spark plugs, ensuring they are the correct type and have the same thread pitch; screw them in by hand and then tighten gently with a spanner, finally reconnecting the connectors!
