How to replace the spark plugs on your Volkswagen Up? Let's see in this video in detail how to proceed. We pull the lever to open the engine compartment on the left of the dashboard and lift the front hood, we secure the same. We remove the soundproofing panel of the engine, unscrew the locking pins of the coils with a special socket wrench, rotate the coils in a twist way until they are extracted from the head. Unscrew the spark plugs with a socket wrench (extract them from the head); we take the new spark plugs and insert them in the cylinder head with the socket wrench. Finally we reassemble the plastic head cover panel.
