The procedure for removing the rear seats of the Volkswagen Polo involves prising up the front of the seats so that the underlying fastening clips can be completely removed. Once the seats are detached, pull the levers next to the headrests to fold down the backrests. This will allow you to prise at their lower side to also remove the backrests from their housing. The new seats can then be inserted and secured with the appropriate fastening clips.
