How to Replace the Brake Light Switch in the Volkswagen Golf?

In this tutorial, we will see how to replace the brake light switch in the Volkswagen Golf, a very simple and quick operation. As shown, the switch is located exactly at the top of the brake pedal. To remove it, first take off the panel containing the glove compartment located at the bottom of the dashboard, then disconnect the power connector, grasp the sensor, and separate it from the support by turning it slightly counterclockwise. Once done, you can position the replacement and follow the reverse procedure to reassemble everything.
