If the air coming from the vents is not cold enough when you turn on the air conditioning, it is likely that there is insufficient gas in the system. For a proper job, connect the appropriate machine to recover any residual gas, vacuum the system to ensure there are no leaks, and then recharge it. Alternatively, you can top up the gas by connecting the specific valve and using a single-use canister: before adding gas, start the engine and turn on the air conditioning.
