Volkswagen Golf - Video tutorial
Model: Volkswagen Golf
MK 6, Golf 6, Golf VI, 5K1
- Years 2008-2012 In order to remove the EGR valve of the Volkswagen Golf 6 1.6 TDi you have to open the hood so that you can access the components inside the engine compartment. Once opened, you will need to locate the valve in the front part of the engine block, in the part between the intake manifold and the exhaust manifold. By loosening the fixing screws and disconnecting all the connectors connected to the valve, it will be possible to remove it from its housing, replacing it with a new spare part; this must therefore be inserted in its seat, fixing it and connecting it appropriately.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow to reset the TPMS light of the Volkswagen Polo 2011The orange tire light indicates the presence of one or more tires with an inflation pressure below the recommended limit. All this is easily solved by inflating them correctly or replacing them in the event of a puncture. After carrying out these operations it is necessary to reset the warning light and therefore also the sensor in order to have new reading data. All you have to do is start the car ignition and then fully open the glove compartment on the passenger side. Locate the two buttons in the right corner and press "Set". At this point the reset is complete and you can turn off the ignition. by ScegliAuto More videos
