Replacing the Wipers on the Volkswagen Golf

When the wipers on the Volkswagen Golf leave streaks of unclean glass or start to become noisy, it is time to replace them. Sit in the driver's seat, turn on and then turn off the instrument panel, and push the wiper control down: you will see that they will position themselves to one side of the windscreen to facilitate removal. Lift one arm, and at the base of the wiper attachment, you will find a button; press this to remove the old wiper, which you will replace with a new one of the same size. Move to the other wiper and repeat the same steps.
