How to Calibrate the Injectors of a Volkswagen 1.6 TDi Engine?

To calibrate the injectors of a Volkswagen 1.6 TDi engine, you need to use a scanner with the VCDS programme. This scanner must be connected to the OBD port of the vehicle, located in the lower left part of the dashboard near the steering column. This way, you can select the car model and the corresponding version to read the values reported by the ECU in real-time; at this point, use a 16mm spanner to adjust the piezo of each injector so that the values fall within the recommended range.
